Before your salesman came, I knew that my crawlspace was dry but I opted to get your company’s appraisal. He showed me the CD and explained the advantages of having Cleanspace in my crawlspace. If he had tried to convince me that I had a serious moisture problem, I would not have trusted him.

We have fought this water battle for several years without success and now we are satisfied that the problem is solved. The salesman gave us excellent recommendations, he knows his product well. Prior to you sealing and encapsulating the crawlspace of my home, my wife had to use a daily inhaler for her asthma. The drugs contained in the inhaler took a toll over time, often losing some effectiveness so it is best to use them sparingly; however she was unable to breathe comfortably without the daily usage. Since our home was “dried out” by your system, she has not needed to use the inhaler!

I am confident that the mold she is allergic t, as confirmed by several medical profiles done on her over the years, has been eliminated from the house, thanks to your system.

Dear Regional Waterproofing,

I just wanted to write your company and tell you how much we have enjoyed the Cleanspace system that was installed in our crawlspace. We had lived in our current home for approximately two years when we noticed that our daughter started coughing every time we turned on the air conditioner. I had some work done on my HVAC unit that is located in the crawlspace and the technician pointed out that I had some mold down there and suggested that I call Regional Waterproofing. We always knew the crawlspace was a bit dark and damp and generally a place that you didn’t want to spend too much time in but I wasn’t aware of the mold. I have heard stories about the detrimental affect that mold can have on your health and your home so I wasted no time in setting up an appointment. I had the system installed within a few weeks and could not believe the difference it made. Now the crawlspace is clean, bright and can be used as storage space.
